What Will You Do:

  • Develop new sales leads for the sales team.
  • Hire, develop, and coach from new hires to veteran personnel. Use leadership by example.
  • Develop successful territories through account development.
  • Plan, control, and direct the sales team’s programs and activities related to sales functions and customer service.
  • Drive key account growth personally and through others.
  • Weekends are required

What Will You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven sales
  • Proven success in developing and leading a team to accomplish area and companywide goals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Solid computer skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated, drive to be the best

  • Service Titan experience

Pay Transparency:

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $70k-$80k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position.
