Responsibilities:
· Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
· Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
· Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
· Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
· Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
· Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
Qualifications:
·HVAC Experience is required
· B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
· Strong decision-making abilities
· Comfortable in navigating through multiple software system
Pay Transparency:
The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $95K-200K Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
