 Who/What Are We Looking For?

• An experienced salesperson that is familiar with estimating and selling 
• Experience with larger plumbing-related jobs such as main drains, sewer replacements, re-piping of homes, and home renovation experience is a plus
• Ability to embrace and follow a highly effective sales process
• Energetic, Positive attitude and outlook
• Promote products and services effectively and comfortably
• Organized with a strong passion for success

• Ability to pass a background check
• Sales experience is necessary along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Clean Driving Record
• Team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Above Basic Computer skills
• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously

PAY TRANSPARENCY:   

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges from 80,000 - 200,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
