We are building a team of notch marketers to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores throughout Chula Vista and San Diego to set appointments for the strongest sales team in the city.
What you will do:
The In Store Lead Generator will be setting appointments with customers to conduct Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as setting appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system).
The ideal candidate should be a results driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate will have some sales and marketing or related work experience, excellent communication and people skills, enthusiasm with approaching customers, and a strong work ethic.
Where you’ll work:
We have immediate openings at stores in the San Diego and Chula Vista area.
Schedules:
· We offer both Full Time and Part Time positions.
· The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required. Plus we have a mandatory weekly training
We offer:
· Up to $30 per hour
- $20.00 per hour guaranteed, plus generous weekly and monthly Commission.
