The Big Tasks

You will act autonomously to diagnose residential plumbing systems and systematically lead customers to informed and confident investment decisions, and then perform the tasks that have been agreed upon.

What you will do:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.


• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include soldering copper and assembling pipes, tubes, and fittings as per code requirements. 


• Maintaining and repairing sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, and heating systems.


• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance in residential structures.


• Handling customer interactions, troubleshooting/resolving problems, and preparing cost options.


• Clean sewers and drains


• Utilize the Service Titan software to manage and complete projects.

What YOU will bring:

• 2+ years of plumbing install experience preferred.


• Good working knowledge of the plumbing code, water supply and drain systems. 


• Valid Plumbing License (HIS is required, but can be applied for within 2 weeks) 


• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.


• Physical dexterity


• Your tools of the trade.

Key Sub Tasks

• Maintain constant communication with your customer, your dispatchers, your manager, and warehouse personnel.


• Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.


• Keep your truck inventory up to date.


• Properly complete paperwork and all Service Titan job-related tasks.


• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.


• Have and maintain a clean driving record.


• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.


• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
