The HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor with ProFlo will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting homeowners in finding solutions meet their needs best. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of the home improvement industry, with a proven track record in-home sales.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to offer various solutions to their HVAC needs
  • Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment.
  • Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients.
  • Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
  • Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
  • Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting

 

Qualifications:

 

  • HVAC experience is not required, but a plus.
  • B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:  

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $60k-$225k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

 

Physical Demands:

 

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
